Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD)
Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDDs) are lifelong conditions that affect an individual’s learning, communication, and everyday living. From autism spectrum disorders and Down syndrome to cerebral palsy and Fragile X, each diagnosis is unique – yet they all share one thing in common: the need for ongoing, compassionate, and person-centered care.
Caring for individuals with IDDs means balancing countless moving parts – service plans, medical tracking, progress notes, compliance reports, and family communication. Too often, outdated systems create more paperwork than progress, leaving providers stretched thin.
