PrecisionCare Software firmly believes that the success of any agencies conversion to electronic medical healthcare records starts with a solid, well planned implementation. PrecisionCare assists every agency in the implementation planning process from forming the implementation team to ongoing participation in meetings. As part of the implementation, PrecisionCare will customize numerous forms and reports. PrecisionCare will work with agency staff to gather and load basic information such as local treatment providers and consumer demographic information into the system.
How a system is rolled out to an agency depends on the specific organization and their particular needs. PrecisionCare will adjust the implementation based on each agency’s specific needs and desired timelines. Each agency is assigned an Account Manager which will be there each step of the way.
PrecisionCare staff have the benefit of vast experience in this area having implemented PrecisionCare in hundreds of agencies. Account managers are familiar with every nuance of the process but also appreciate that each agency is unique and can help each organization in planning and carrying out a successful implementation.
PrecisionCare training is complimentary for all of our customers. These trainings will be conducted based on each agencies unique needs. Hands-on training has proven to be most effective for our users but can be adjusted to meet each agencies unique needs and environment. PrecisionCare recommends a Train-the-Trainer approach for most agencies with “resident experts” on particular areas of the system. Complete system training is conducted in approximately six to seven hours. Web based trainings are also available on an on-going basis. We have found that class sizes of fewer than twenty students are usually most effective. Each agency may schedule trainings at a location that best meets their needs. As with each step of implementation, training may be customized to meet each organizations particular needs.
Agencies may choose to contract with PrecisionCare to design and implement custom training programs and materials. Experienced PrecisionCare staff can create custom instructions using a wide range of options including but not limited to print, video, PowerPoint etc. Agencies may also opt to provide custom hands-on training for all staff or for specific users. Whatever your initial and ongoing training needs are, PrecisionCare can customize our approach to meet those needs.
PrecisionCare is available for support by phone, e-mail and in some cases instant messenger. We encourage all of our users to fully utilize this free service whenever any questions arise. In user satisfaction surveys, PrecisionCare consistently receives 100% customer satisfaction with support and customer service. PrecisionCare sponsors a number of user groups which are held in central locations as well as by teleconference.
PrecisionCare offers free upgrades and enhancements of the system to all customers. New development is provided on an as needed basis to meet regulatory changes as well semi-annual upgrades which may include everything from entire new modules and new function and features requested by users. Regulatory changes are addressed first and foremost. This may include a change in an existing regulation or a completely new initiative. User groups are often an ideal forum for introducing, reviewing and commenting on design changes.
PrecisionCare also offers regular upgrades of the system at no charge. These upgrades contain new features and functions requested and designed by existing users. All new requirement requests are logged within a specialized database. These requests are assigned priority based on user demand. The more users that request a feature the higher the priority.
