Mike Casey
Account Manager

Mike began his career in Law Enforcement and retired after 25 years with the N.Y. State Parkway Police and the N.Y. State Police. Shortly after retiring, he began working in the Human Services field. Mike has over 10 years experience working with the DD population in direct care and supervisory positions. He worked as Lead Instructor in a Day Treatment program, Program Manager for a Day Hab program and as the Manager of Service Coordination and System Administrator for the PrecisionCare Program at East End Disability Associates, Inc. in Suffolk County, N.Y. Mike has recently moved to North Carolina, where he presently works for Community Alternatives as the Clinical Supervisor for a Children’s residence. Mike has a B.S. in Behavioral Sciences and a M.P.S. in Human Relations.

Matthew Barrett

Matthew earned a BS at Mount Saint Mary’s College in Business Administration and Management with a concentration in Marketing. After graduating and while searching for a career Matthew discovered the human service field where he started out as a residential specialist. After a few months of hard work, he was promoted to site supervisor and later oversaw multiple IRAs as a site supervisor where he worked in the field for over eight years. Matthew’s hobbies include watching football (Lets Go Pats!), enjoying the outdoors, and finding new exotic food to try.

Barbara Jordan

Barbara earned a B.A. in Education, but when her 2-year-old son was diagnosed with autism in 1991, her teaching career took a turn towards full-time caregiver. As her son’s special needs increased with age, Barbara enrolled her son in an ICF in 1998. Her son is now an adult and currently lives in an IRA and attends a community-based Day Habilitation program. Barbara’s greatest joy is having her son home every weekend, but recognizes the immense value of the Res/Day Hab services he receives during the week. Barbara’s professional background has been in accounting, customer relations and sales, but has done volunteer work for many human service organizations including serving on the Devereux Campus Advisory Board. Barbara is thankful for the opportunity to fuse together her professional skills with her personal ambition of supporting those who provide services for the DD community and their families.

Erin Moriarty

Erin has almost 10 years of experience working in Human Services. Erin began her career working for the state of Georgia as a foster care case manager. In 2008, Erin moved back to Rochester, New York and started as a MSC at a non-profit agency. At that agency, Erin worked her way up to the position of MSC Director and worked as the PrecisionCare Analyst for the agency for some time as well. Erin has experience with self-direction and has held the role of Fiscal Intermediary. Erin has many years of experience training, including OPWDD MSC required trainings and Core training. Erin graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.A. in Sociology and later obtained her Master’s Degree in Public Administration from SUNY Brockport. Erin joined our team in October 2017 with many years of experience utilizing PrecisionCare Software. Erin’s hobbies include watching college football (go dawgs!), hunting down the best donuts, and going to concerts.

Erin happily joined our team in February 2015. Erin is well versed in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access. Erin was the former owner, Lead Instructor and Front Office Manager of The Little Gym of New Windsor. The skills attained there have been applied directly to her current position at PrecisionCare, Customer Support Representative. Erin takes great pride in knowing that by wholeheartedly serving our agencies, in turn she is helping to serve the MH and DD communities. Erin has also worked for many years in a local Elementary School as an Assistant Teacher, Substitute Teacher and Secretary. Erin is actively involved in serving her local community through volunteer opportunities.

Malissa Labulis
Customer Support Representative

Malissa joined PrecisionCare in October 2018. She graduated from SUNY New Paltz with a degree in Speech Language Pathology, but soon decided she wanted to follow a Human Services track. Her previous experience in Customer Service and Human Resources has equipped Malissa with the interpersonal skills and computer literacy to assist with customer support, problem solving, and troubleshooting at PrecisionCare. Malissa is well versed in computer programs, including Excel and Access, and utilizes this knowledge to contribute to our Support Department’s success. When not working, Malissa can be found enjoying the great outdoors or in the kitchen, perfecting her dinner and dessert recipes.


Kyle Bradshaw
Software Developer

Kyle is a senior studying Computer Science at Marist College. Kyle has found software development to be the most interesting part of his program. Since beginning his internship with PrecisionCare Software in January 2016, he has had the ability of applying many of the skills he’s learned in the classroom to real world experiences. When he is not at school, Kyle enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including taking his boat out on the lake and hunting. Kyle plans to graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in May 2017.

Andrew Smith
Software Developer

Andrew received his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from SUNY New Paltz in 2017. Andrew joined PrecisionCare as an intern in August 2017 and was promoted to Software Developer in February of 2019. Andrew enjoys applying the knowledge and skills that he gained from the classroom in real world applications. In his free time, Andrew enjoys developing video games and tinkering around with 3D printers.

Zachary Kirchner
Software Developer Intern

Zack is a U.S Marine Corps veteran and received his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Information Security from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in 2019.  When not at work, Zack serves as the Treasurer and founding member of a veterans Non-Profit the Hudson Valley Veterans Alliance. With his passion for helping others and his interest and education in Computer Science, he finds being a part of the PrecisionCare team to be a meaningful and rewarding experience.


Marcelo Bajana

Marcelo began his career with PrecisionCare Software in 2008. Prior to joining PrecisionCare Software, Marcelo successfully completed internships with IBM and Philips Semiconductors. Marcelo graduated from Marist College in 2006 earning a B.S. degree in Information Technology. While at Marist College, Marcelo participated in the Center for Collaborative and On-Demand Computing (CCODC).

Stanley M. Kanney

Stanley founded and served as President and CEO of The Image Bank, Inc. The Image Bank was the first stock photography agency representing the most successful photographers and filmmakers worldwide. Stanley established over 65 offices around the world and saw the company through a successful Initial Public Offering. After selling the Image Bank to the Eastman Kodak Company in 1991, Stanley founded the Greenworld Project, a marketing company providing environmentally friendly promotional products. Today, Stanley is actively involved in volunteer work and provides consulting services to PrecisionCare Software, Inc.

Antone Aboud

Antone Aboud has worked with organizations for more than 37 years in developing effective risk management and investigatory policies and practices, as well as management and supervisory training. He has authored training programs that have been taught in more than 40 states and the District of Columbia. Dr. Aboud received his Ph.D. from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations, and a B.A. in Government from Cornell. Prior to establishing his consulting practice he taught college and served as a labor arbitrator and mediator. Antone is working with us on the incident management and investigations component of PrecisionCare.
